I love to cook, nothing fancy, just really yummy! Plus I love Kitchen hacks and gadgets. I am all about finding the best tools for the job, at a discount of course, and cooking food that people love to eat. That's how I take care of people and show my love - I feed them!

When I first started I watched cooking shows and honestly was pretty lost. Tools? Techniques? Weird Ingredients??? I thought I could never do it. Then one day I'm watching a cooking show and this really famous chef is making deviled eggs and says something like - just garnish them with whatever kind of caviar you have in your pantry. Ummm... Yeah Sure, I'm a country girl from East Tennessee, I have all different kinds of caviar in my pantry! Right? That day I decided that there had to be a better way. I just wanted to fix my husband good food, not cook to entertain the Queen! So I'm going to share my knowledge and opinions here, in hopes, that I can help out others like me who just want to cook good food.

No problem! I'm no 5 star chef either. I just try to put meals together that taste good, don't break the bank and make people happy. Eating is about nourishment but it should also be about taking the time to eat together.
